Every 1st Monday of the month will be our popular Blues Jam. Our resident band will jam the night away with players of any standard, so bring your guitars, mouth organs, sticks or vocal chords and play the blues. Just seek out Franny when you arrive and they'll give you the lowdown on how it works. All comers welcome.
The Paul Farr Trio only play original music whether it's jazz, blues, funk or whatever else comes out! Expect melodic jazz, gritty blues and funky new orleans.
BLIND MONK TRIO are three Northwest based musicians putting a fresh spin on the classic, chordless jazz trio format. Heavily influenced by the works of Thelonious Sphere Monk, the trio offer tight, original compositions and quirky, hard-swinging arrangements from the Monk songbook.

Matt & Phreds would like to introduce our new salsa teacher Jordan who will be teaching classes every Thursday from 5th January 2012. Jordan will be running two classes; beginners at 7pm – 8pm and intermediate from 8pm – 9pm. Classes cost £6 and are great for anyone who does or doesn't already know how to do it. No need to book and you don't need a partner.
The Ed Kainyek Quartet has put together a set of funk and groove-based music featuring the work of the late Grover Washington Jr - great tunes and cool grooves ! The featured line-up includes: George King, John Sandham and Phil Bennett , and they've got it covered for everyone - there's still room for the odd standard and a couple of originals !
A five-piece band mixing old folk forms, blues grooves and jazz chords to create a unique sound of their own. Features five established musicians from across Europe comprising of Vocals, Double Bass, Guitar, Sax, Flute and Drums. The talented ensemble are a mixture of New Orleans Jazz, Gypsy Folk, 60’s Psychedelic, Delta Blues, Sea Shanty’s and more!
