THE INDECISION with support act KING ZEPHA
Dance-crashing British 8-piece, The Indecision, were raised on the soulful ska of Studio One. Authenticity coupled with deft songwriting skill, and forward thinking respect for the sounds of 1960s Jamaica, David 'Ram Jam' Rodigan recently placed the band in his illustrious BBC list of the ‘Best of British Reggae’.
The single Swing Those Hips / Atlantic Crossing released June 20th 2016, with Brainlab Groove Records, featuring dubwise mixes by legendary New York / São Paulo producer and musician Strikkly Vikkly aka Victor Rice, has received airplay from BBC1Xtra.
Having already shared the stage with legends of the genre such as The Skatalites, Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry, Don Letts, Bob Andy, Neville Staple and The Slackers and performed at UK festivals including Boomtown, Tramlines, One Love, Threshold and Smugglers, The Indecision are now working on more new material.

“It’s unusual for a young band to be so respectful to the Jamaican sounds created all those years ago and that gives ‘New Faces’ a real different perspective… and it works. Very welcome new faces.” – Vive Le Rock Magazine
THE INDECISION are supported by KING ZEPHA, who will be performing the first set of music this evening at 9.30pm.
Singer, saxophonist, songwriter and producer King Zepha delivers a unique blend of ska, rocksteady, rhythm 'n' blues and dub, in true DIY fashion, from his 8-track reel-to-reel attic studio in Leeds. He is touring with his 6-piece band to promote his latest release, "King Zepha's Northern Sound". Expect to hear honkin' sax, thumpin' double bass and raucous 4-part harmonies.
