Fronted by charismatic vocalist Lucy Camba Bermudez (f.k.a. Lucy Mae) and multi-instrumentalist Luc Phan, The Mudez Project bring you an eclectic fusion of jazz, neo-soul and progressive experimentalism.
Having played at various jazz venues across the country since 2012, the quintet will showcase songs off their 'Lucy Mae' EP from 2016, as well as debuting new material, delving into intimate covers and venturing into expansive atmospheric improvisations.
Backed by the fantastic Christian Fields (keys), Luc Phan (guitar), Tom Chapman (bass), and Joe Wood (drums), you can expect Lucy’s deep, soulful and haunting voice to radiate intimacy and warmth across the Matt & Phreds stage. Order your Rioja bottle and be seduced.
